Ji Xiang Ang Ku Kueh who operated in 1988 their first shop at Everton Park is the other collaborator in Geylang run by Kelvin Toh, the younger son of Toh Poh Seek and Toh Bong Yeo, the pioneers of the Ji Xiang entity.
Ji XIang Ang Ku Kueh has eight outlets spread across Singapore and is expanding the business with different concept. His vision is to elevate the spirit of Ji Xiang Ang Ku Kueh brand and attract different target audience of younger age group with a new tapas-style bistro theme, ‘And The Hare’, on the first level of 483 to 487 Geylang next month. Kelvin says the bistro name is named after the once famous the tortoise and the hare childhood fable.
